Gregory (Greg) Toler embodies Matt Biondi’s quote; “Persistence can change failure into extraordinary achievement.”

Throughout his life, Gregory has consistently strived to live his best life. He lives to manifest his innermost dreams. He lives for excellence.

Gregory attended Northwestern High School in Hyattsville, MD where his lifetime dream was born.  Later, he graduated from St. Paul’s University in 2012 with a degree in criminal justice and a minor in sociology.

Before he rose to National Football as a profession, the younger Gregory dreamed of playing in the NFL. He understood early in life, as you continue to compete, train, and push your limits, you can achieve any dream you harbor. True to form, Greg is a living testament to wisdom of personal training.

He does not hold back, and the results have been obvious, unparalleled success.

Greg’s career as an NFL cornerback was an achievement in itself. He remembers feeling thankful for the opportunity. His 8-year career in the NFL gave him an opportunity to play for several NFL teams in the National Football league. He starred for the Arizona Cardinals (2009-2012), Indianapolis Colts (2013-2015), & Washington Redskins (2016). Greg still had so much to accomplish. His background in the NFL inspired his training and coaching venture.

Today, Gregory Toler lives to encourage and support the millions who struggle with personal training. Offering professional training and coaching knowledge is an extension of his service to others.  Greg carries the same energy he used in the NFL. Combined with the extensive professional experience in the athletics world, his venture is the motivational ground for those who seek to tap into their inner aspirations. For this, he has prepared a positive work environment for learning and skill development.

His approach and efficacy is dynamic. It suits parents, athletes, coaches, schools, universities, and professional teams.

Everyone deserves to live their best – the former NFL star approach says. He uses his journey in the NFL to offer professional training and enlightenment in every other aspect of life. Greg enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, cycling, cooking, gaming, swimming, golf and exercising.
